We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team who will be the front line in representing what we stand for to our customers. The right candidate will be a go-getter who is self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES
  • Responding to support and warranty requests (email, phone calls) in a timely manner
  • Triaging customer questions and service issues:
    • Low and medium complexity issues: determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution; expedite the necessary correction or adjustment; follow-up to ensure resolution.
    • High complexity issues: facilitate a smooth hand-over for the customer to a senior service technician.
  • Documenting support activities
  • Other duties as required
ABILITIES
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work with computers to document service activities and carry out general office functions
  • Mechanical aptitude is not required but is considered an asset
Credentials

Technical skills can be taught on the job – smarts and attitude cannot. We are looking for candidates who can learn quickly, work with a sense of urgency and bring a positive attitude to the workplace.

DUTIES

As our New Product Integrator your duties will include:

  • Producing technical/instructional documentation:
      • Training instructions for end users and equipment dealers
      • Cut sheets
      • Quick start guide
      • User Guide
      • Technical and material specifications
      • CAD files
      • Cleaning and storage instructions
      • Preventive Maintenance instructions
      • Determining adequate packaging for new products
  • Certifications, if required
  • Assignment of model numbers, serial numbers and decaling
  • Working with Marketing to design badging and other brand markings that are built into the equipment
  • BOM management
  • Assembly instructions/procedures
  • Assisting marketing with photos of new products
EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years of Mechanical Design experience
